In a busy week for new job postings, Gamasutra's jobs board plays host to roles across the world and in every major discipline, including opportunities at Blizzard, Red 5 Studios, Junction Point, and more.
Each position posted by employers will appear on the main Gamasutra job board, and appear in the site's daily and weekly newsletters, reaching our readers directly.
It will also be cross-posted for free across its network of submarket sites, which includes content sites focused on online worlds, cellphone games, 'serious games', independent games and more.
Some of the notable jobs posted this week include:

Blizzard’s track record includes thirteen #1-selling games and multiple game of the year awards. The company’s online-gaming service, Battle.net, is one of the largest in the world, with millions of active players."
- Red 5 Studios: Front End Web Developer:

- Disney Interactive Studios/Junction Point Studios: Senior Designer:
"Junction Point Studios, headed by industry visionary Warren Spector, is a developer of innovative single-player and small-group multiplayer console and PC games. Our focus is on player-driven narrative, which we define as 'improvisational gameplay in the context of a strong, traditional narrative.' The company's main goal is to tell stories with players, not to them, allowing them to craft unique experiences through in-game choices. For some developers, it may be enough to refine and polish."
- Wild Needle, Inc.: QA Engineer (Mountain View, CA):
"Wild Needle is building a new generation of rich and collaborative mobile social games for the iPhone and other portable devices. Want to join a fun and well-funded team? We're a group of seasoned entrepreneurs that includes the co-founder of the social gaming company Playdom, which was sold to Disney earlier this year for over $700 million."
- Activision Publishing Minneapolis: Producer:
"At Activision Publishing, you will help take some of the biggest brands in the business to the next level. We have created, licensed and acquired a group of highly recognizable brands, marketed to a growing variety of consumer demographics. Our portfolio includes Spiderman, Transformers, Bond, Bakugan, Monster Jam, Cabela's, Rapala, iCarly and many more household names. We run a flat organization where innovation, passion, personal responsibility and individual contribution are valued and rewarded appropriately.
