Top Gainers This Week
A group of page tab applications grew significantly this week. Static Iframe Tab gained 4.3 million MAU, Static HTML: iframe tabs gained 4.1 million MAU, Static HTML Iframe Tab : Custom Icons gained 900,000 MAU and Pagemodo Custom Welcome Tab gained 600,000 MAU.
Calendar applications are also on the rise. American Greetings’ provides greeting cards for users to send to friends for birthdays or other holidays. Their Birthday Calendar app grew by 2.7 million MAU. My Calendar, which asks users to select their friends to invite them to use the app, grew by 610,000 MAU.
BandPage by RootMusic grew by 1 million MAU and BandRx by 500,000 MAU; these two apps allow musicians on Facebook to share their work and market on the platform. Family Tree gained 800,000 MAU, in part because users add members of their family to the app. The Food List Challenge grew 500,000 MAU. The app allows users to take and share a quiz of foods they have tried.
Connect integrations that made our list included Yahoo, which gained 1.1 million MAU, Causes with 800,000 additional MAU, and TripAdvisor, which grew by 800,000 MAU. SchoolFeed, which gained 600,000 MAU, is a Connect app that creates a social network for your high school. Pinterest, a site where users can create and manage theme-based image collections, grew by 500,000 MAU.
